Our Committees and Steering Groups

SBG has multiple committees covering all locations, the committees purpose is to achieve effective employee representation from across the Group, through which contributions from employees can be gathered, monitored and implemented.

All of our committees are made up of employees who have been nominated by their peers or through self-made nominations.

WAVE Committee:

The W.A.V.E committee is the overarching committee for the Group’s sub committees and has direct representation from the Board who will attend the committee meetings, the W.A.V.E committee are also responsible for the Group green initiatives across all locations

Values Committee:

The values committee are responsible for ensuring that our 5 company values are at the forefront of what we do. The committee will be responsible for actively promoting a values based culture by embedding our values across the group and ensuring that the values remain a prominent part of our working day

Diversity and Inclusion Ambassadors:

The Group Diversity and Inclusion ambassadors are responsible for recognising, respecting, celebrating and encouraging diversity within the Group.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Religion
  • Ethnicity
  • Sex and sexual orientation
  • Identity Origin

The ambassadors encourage an inclusive approach and empower a culture of creativity and innovation based on a diverse approach to business.
