We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover), to contribute to the achievement of business goals and the creation of a high-performance culture through aligning human resources strategies with the overarching business objectives of the organisation. 
 
You’ll be partnering with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic HR support, drive organisational effectiveness, and foster a positive work environment. The HRBP is expected to pro-actively add value through integration with both their assigned business function(s) and within the People & Development function by understanding the strengths and challenges of each area, prioritising as appropriate, identifying and putting in place solutions in collaboration with the Exec Leader for the area and their leadership team.

Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with Monday and Friday being essential working days. This role involves performing daily and weekly administrative tasks, providing support to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and audits.

Office Facilities Coordinator

We are recruiting for a part-time Office Facilities Coordinator to organise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our Gibraltar office. This will require the successful candidate to ensure that the office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

This is a part time position, 15 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
