We're thrilled to share that Somerset Bridge Group (SBG) has secured its Gold accreditation from Investors in People! 🏆

After first receiving Silver back in 2023, we've recommitted to putting people at the heart of our success. Our Winning Culture drives our business strategy, fuels measurable performance and creates a place to work where people want to stay and do their best.

In the words of our assessor: “People are proud to work for SBG, retention and loyalty levels are exceptionally high, and people feel that it is a great place to work.”

This accreditation is a major milestone for SBG in proving that we are genuinely fuelled by our people. Here’s why it matters to us:

• It helps us on our journey to Top 5 – only 11% of organisations have achieved Gold of the 50k+ accredited organisations globally. Getting Gold proves we’re genuinely a great place to work.

• It helps prove we walk the talk – Investors in People provide an expert, globally recognised and impartial assessment of what it’s like to work at SBG. Their assessment is as close to a true picture of what current and future colleagues can expect here.

• It highlights areas where we can keep improving – we’re always seeking feedback from our teams to help shape where we focus and how we can keep getting better. The insights and recommendations from the report provide a strong foundation for us to build on over the coming months and years.
