Celebrating a Standout Year of Recognition in 2025

January 1st, 2026

At the start of 2025, we set ourselves an ambitious challenge. After a strong trading year in 2024, we wanted to showcase the incredible work happening across the business by putting ourselves forward for key industry awards. Our goal was clear: achieve six shortlists.

What followed went far beyond what we expected. We secured fourteen shortlists and achieved four major award wins. It was a brilliant moment for everyone involved and a real reflection of the talent, teamwork and commitment across our organisation.

Our highlights from the year

We were recognised across a wide range of respected awards, covering everything from customer experience and technology to claims and broker excellence.

These included:

• Claims and Fraud Awards
• British Insurance Awards
• Tech and Innovation Awards
• Insurance Broker Awards
• UK Broker Awards
• Insurance Times Awards

Our wins were equally impressive, including Personal Lines Broker of the Year at the British Insurance Awards, along with three significant wins at the Insurance Broker Awards for Digital Initiative of the Year, MGA of the Year and another Personal Lines Broker of the Year title.

We also earned recognition outside of the traditional award circuit, including first place for Broker Performance from Insurance Data Lab, an ESG Impact Certified Award from Future Plus and a Fast Payer Award from Good Business Pays.

Looking ahead

As we move into 2026, our focus is shifting. Rather than centring our efforts solely on industry awards, we are broadening our approach to celebrate different strengths across the organisation. This includes areas such as design, culture, inclusion and learning, where our people continue to make a real difference.

The goal for the year ahead is simple. We want to keep telling the stories that highlight who we are, how we work and the impact we have. Awards are only one way to do that. We are excited to explore new opportunities that help us shine a light on the work our teams are proud of.
